Casa Samuella
Is a large and spacious 2 bedroomed apartment which will accommodate up to 6 people. It is accessed via an internal staircase and occupies the whole of the first floor. You enter into a large central hallway from which all the rooms lead off. It has gas central heating and combi boiler for a constant supply of hot water. All the windows are fitted with fly screens and shutters for comfort in the hot summer months.
A double sofa bed is also available which can be made up and left in this room without restricting your space.
The large master bedroom (16m sq) looks over the valley with beautiful views up to Gualdo which looks fabulous on an evening all lit up on the hill top. It is furnished with a king size bed, large triple wardrobe and dressing table and cooling marble tiled floor.
The bathroom is a good size (6m sq) and is furnished with 4 piece suite, (shower not bath). There are numerous board games, jigsaws, reading books, DVD's & CD's for you to use indoors and various ball games for use outdoors. You can make full use of the grounds - take in the stunning view from the hammock at the top of the garden or sit under the shade of a tree if the heat gets too much. A BBQ, table, chairs & sunloungers are provided for those lazy days around the house.
Holiday-Rentals.co.uk - property 55085 5% discount given to stays of 2 weeks or longer. Season runs from 1 May to 25 October 2009. The price includes electric, gas (for hot water), linen, towels and final cleaning. For two week bookings a change of linen and towels will be provided. Cleaning equipment is supplied aswell as use of iron and ironing board. Towels must not be taken to the beach. Not included: Central heating (available at extra charge of €10/day), logs for fire (available locally)or extra cleaning. Owners live on site and are available for help and advise if required.

The living room is very large (23m sq) and airy with a cool marble tiled floor and double aspect windows facing over the meadow. It is furnished with a 3 piece suite, large TV, DVD player and various pieces of furniture to make it feel like home.
The dining room (15m sq) also overlooks the meadow and is furnished with a large extendable dining table comfortably seating 6 people, large welsh dresser storing all the crockery etc and wood burning stove with marble fire surround. The kitchen (6m sq) is accessed through the dining room and comes fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, pots, pans and plenty of utensils/gadgets. 
It also has access to the wrap around balcony with table and chairs from which to enjoy your morning coffee. The sunrise over Gualdo is beautiful. 
The second bedroom (15m sq) also looks over the valley to Gualdo and is furnished with twin beds, double wardrobe and bedside table. This room can be changed into a second double on request.
