Is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of our country villa. It is accessed from an internal stairway and is approx 120sq metres in size.  The rooms are very large and airy with high celings and marble floors, the large picture windows are all fitted with fly screens for additional comfort in hot summer months.

The living room (24m sq) has double aspect windows facing over the meadow and is furnished with a quality leather sofa group, computer desk, TV, DVD player and various pieces of occassional furniture.

There is a seperate dining room furnished with an Italian marble dining set consisting of oval table & 6 chairs, bakers rack & corner unit.  A pine welsh dresser is also in the room packed full of crockery, glasses and utensils etc.  The fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the dining room.

The large master bedroom over looks the valley and the hill top village of Gualdo.  It is furnished with quality antique pine furniture and king size bed. It aso has access to the wrap around balcony perfect place for relaxing with your morning coffee or night cap.


The second bedroom is of equal size and also faces of the valley towards Gualdo.  It is furnished with twin beds, wardrobe & night stand and double sofa bed.  Cot also available on request.






The bathroom is furnished with 4 piece suite, (shower not bath).

There are numerous board games, jigsaws, reading books for you to use indoors and various ball games for use outdoors as well as an extensive DVD & CD library.  You can make full use of the grounds -  take in the lovely views from the top of the garden or sit under the shade of a tree if the heat gets too much.  Sun loungers are provided for those lazy days around the house.

Please contact us for availability.  Minimum stay is 3 nights maximum 30 nights.  Season runs from May to October.  July and August is only available as a ful house unless otherwise adverised. 

The price includes electric, gas (for hot water), linen, towels and final cleaning + 1 use of washing machine per week.  For two week bookings a change of linen and towels will be provided.  Cleaning equipment is supplied as well as iron and ironing board.  Towels must not be taken to the beach. 

Not included:  mid stay cleaning (€30 full clean), additional use of washing machine €5 per load. 

Owners live on site and are available for help and advice if required otherwise they will respect your privacy.
