Is a large one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the villa. It is accessed from under the shade of the vines at the front of the house where you will find outdoor furniture and BBQ for alfresco dining. It is fitted with fly screens, wooden shutters and cool tiled floors for comfort during the hot summer months.
The entrance leads directly into the living/dining room (13m sq) which is furnished with a dining table and chairs, 2 piece suite, TV/DVD and cupboards. There is a stone feature fire place with working wood burning stove which makes this apartment very cozy on chilly evenings.
The kitchen is off this room and is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, pots, pans as well as plenty of utensils and gadgets. 
The large bedroom (16m sq) is accessed through the internal hallway.
It has a large metal frame king size bed, triple wardrobes, night stands and corner shower cubicle.
The hallway is large enough to accommodate a single bed without restricting your space. Cot also available on request.
The cloakroom is at the end of the hallway.
The hall door is lockable and leads into the stairway where you will find the guest library of books, DVDs, CD's, outdoor games, bicycles, cleaning equipment and much more.
You can make use of all the grounds or just relax under the vines with one of the local tipples.

Please contact us for availability. Minimum stay is 3 nights, maximum stay 30 nights. Season is May to October. Only available as a full house in July & August unless otherwie advertised.
Price includes: Linen, towels (not Beach), electric, gas for hot water, 1 use of washing machine per week & final cleaning. For 2 week stays a change of linen and towels will be provided.
Not included: Central heating & logs for fire (price on request) or extra cleaning (€30 full clean), additional usage of washing machine €5 per load.
Owners live on site and are available for help & advice if required otherwise they will respect your privacy.
